This Privacy Policy explains how Northpeak Pack collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our storefront, place an order, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the storefront and process transactions.

Information we collect

  • Order and transaction information, including products viewed or purchased, order history, payment status, returns, and customer-service records.

Payment-card details are handled by Shopify and authorized payment processors. Northpeak Pack does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Marketing choices

You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in a message. Even after opting out of marketing, we may continue sending service messages relating to orders, returns, security, or account activity.

International processing

Because we sell internationally and use global service providers, personal information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used for international transfers.
