• Certified products: grades and designations are opinions of the named third-party grading service and are not guarantees of future grade, market value, liquidity, or performance.
• Raw or uncertified products: condition descriptions are good-faith commercial opinions and may differ from another buyer’s, dealer’s, or grading service’s assessment.

3. Precious-Metal Prices and Market Information

Precious-metal prices and collectible values fluctuate continuously. Prices, reference prices, charts, discounts, compare-at prices, and market information may change without notice and may be delayed, estimated, supplied by third parties, or affected by premiums, scarcity, condition, certification, and transaction costs.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may verify payment, identity, inventory, price, shipping eligibility, and compliance before accepting or fulfilling an order.

We may decline, limit, hold, divide, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory error, pricing or description error, fraud risk, payment failure, suspected abuse, quantity limits, legal restrictions, carrier or insurance limitations, or inability to verify information. If we cancel an order, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled portion.

If we exceptionally approve cancellation, we may deduct documented market loss, non-refundable payment costs, and direct processing expenses to the extent permitted by law. Market gains are not credited to the customer.
