Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Northpeak Pack storefront, content, products, and related services. By visiting the storefront, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the storefront.

Online store terms

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the storefront’s operation.

Store platform

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to display products, accept orders, process payments through authorized providers, and provide related storefront functions.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, measurements, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings, photography, supplier information, and manufacturing updates may cause minor differences. We may correct errors, update information, or discontinue products without prior notice.

Prices and promotions

Prices, discounts, shipping offers, coupon codes, and promotions may change without notice and may be subject to eligibility conditions, exclusions, expiration dates, order limits, or geographic restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. Taxes, duties, shipping charges, and currency conversion may be added as applicable.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit quantities or cancel or refuse an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment authorization failure, resale activity, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms. When an order is canceled after payment, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, shipping, and account information. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and activity conducted through your account.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Orders are governed by the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, and other events outside our reasonable control.

Third-party services and links

The storefront may include tools, payment services, content, or links supplied by third parties. Third-party services are provided under their own terms and privacy notices. Northpeak Pack is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Reviews, feedback, and submissions

When you submit a review, image, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it, that it is accurate and lawful, and that it does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Northpeak Pack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display the submission for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the storefront to violate law or intellectual-property rights; submit false or misleading information; harass or discriminate; distribute malware; scrape or collect information without authorization; bypass security measures; interfere with checkout or pricing; or engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment activity.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the storefront and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northpeak Pack and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the storefront or products. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not restrict non-waivable consumer rights.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Northpeak Pack against claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination continue where applicable.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection laws in the customer’s place of residence where those laws apply.
